HP Promotes 20-Year Vet Jan Zadak To Head EMEA Enterprise

HP Enterprise Services has appointed Jan Zadak president of the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions, the company announced Wednesday.

The 20-year information technology industry veteran will report to John Visentin, executive vice president and general manager of HP Enterprise Services.

Zadak previously served as executive vice president of global sales at HP, where he managed integrated solutions.

He has also served as senior vice president and managing director of the EMEA region.

Zadak joined Compaq Computer Corp. in 1997 and has held a variety of executive management positions throughout his career.

HP recently named seasoned IT veteran George Kadifa executive vice president of the company’s software group.
