TAPE Names SAIC Vet Spike Pelletier to Help Lead SPAWAR C4ISR Programs

TAPE LLC has appointed Albert J. “Spike” Pelletier principal executive manager of operations in Charleston, S.C., the company announced Monday.

The nearly four-decade veteran — 29 years in the military and 14 in defense contracting — will direct program management and integrated logistics for C4ISR, information warfare and information operations at the SPAWAR Systems Center in Charleston.

Before joining TAPE, he served as program manager of record on seven subcontracts for SAIC Inc. in Charleston where he provided program, project, financial and technical management support for several SSC-Atlantic programs in Charleston.

During that time, he once managed an office of more than 65 personnel providing contractor support to SSC-Atlantic engineers and logistics workers, according to TAPE.
