John Hillen Comments on Sotera’s Prime Position on $7B SSES NexGen

Sotera Defense Solutions holds a prime position on the potential $7 billion SSEN NexGen contract, the U.S. Army Communications-Electronic Command’s indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity award for scientific and engineering support services.

John Hillen, Sotera’s president and CEO, said the company and its teaming partners will be competing for work on the contract to provide services to improve the Army’s ability to field warfighters in challenging environments.

Contract work will include life cycle software services aimed at generating enterprise ‘information superiority’, and support the command’s software engineering center at the Aberdeen Proving Ground  in Maryland.
