Digital Management Inc. has joined the Trusted Computing Group‘s board of directors for a one-year term, where it will advise the group on hardware-based security products and help advocate for trusted computing technologies.
DMI said in a release it joins a cyber defense-foused board that includes Cisco, Dell, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Intel and Microsoft.
“We are honored to have been selected to participate in the TCG at the board level,” said Sunny Bajaj, DMI’s president and CEO. “We are firm believers in the need for cybersecurity rooted in hardware, and are encouraged to see increasing market demand for practical commercial Trusted Computing solutions.”
DMI has worked with the TCG and trusted computing technologies for more than 30 years and will obtain feedback from customers.
The company also contributes to nine of the TCG’s working groups, including serving as co-chair of the TPM and trusted mobility solutions groups.
DMI is also a co-founder of the embedded systems and embedded hard copy systems groups and contributes to the mobile, security evaluation, PC client, TNC operations and adoption groups.
