Capgemini‘s U.S. government business will compete to test and verify information technology products and services for the Department of Homeland Security under a potential $22 billion contract.

Capgemini is one of six awardees on the potential seven-year EAGLE II contract vehicle (click here for GovCon Wire’s list of awardees).

“We are very pleased DHS has chosen to work with Capgemini to support their mission’s IT programs,” said Douglas Charles, the newly-appointed CEO of the government solutions business. “We look forward to building on our long-standing relationship with DHS in support of their mission.”

The company will compete to independently test, validate, verify and evaluate products and services according to DHS standards.

Capgemini will also compete to provide technologies, tools and support for evaluating systems integration, design project activities and audits.
