Hans Christian Iversen Named MorganFranklin Subsidiary Managing Director

MorganFranklinLogoHans Christian Iversen, a former strategy director for Walt Disney in Europe and a leader of its corporate transformational change programs, has been appointed managing director of MorganFranklin Consulting‘s U.K. subsidiary.

Iversen joins MorganFranklin Limited as the firm is adding staff to its London office and finalizing an advisory board aimed at raising its profile in performing transformational corporate work in the U.S. and Europe, MorganFranklin said Thursday.

“We already have a number of major global corporate customers within Europe and, with expansion in mind, we are committed to boosting our presence in London and continuing to build our team of experts,” Iversen said.

“I’m delighted to be working at MorganFranklin to help achieve the firm’s strategic goals in Europe,” he added.

The firm says he brings more than two decades of experience in the media, private equity, telecommunications, publishing, information technology, banking, professional services, manufacturing and management consulting sectors.

Iversen has worked throughout Scandinavia, Germany, France, Poland and the U.K., the firm says.

Before joining MorganFranklin, he served as a director at private equity firm Committed Capital Financial Services Limited and prior to that as head of media and telecommunications at London-based Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

He has also served as partner-in-charge at Deloitte Consulting in Denmark and head of global media in London.
