Executive Profile: John Reing, SRA SVP of Human Resources

JohnReingJohn Reing serves as senior vice president of human resources at SRA International where he leads a team of HR professionals in support of 7,000 employees in more than 30 locations in the U.S. and around the globe.

Reing provides strategic direction for employee relations, work/ life balance programs, compensation and benefits, recruiting, training and development as well as the SRA CARES program.

The executive has over 15 years of experience across the spectrum of HR including strategy, leadership development and training, employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational development and total rewards programs.

Prior to joining SRA, Reing was the VP of HR & Administration for BAE Systems, Support Solutions Sector. Before joining BAE Systems, he served as the director of the Washington, D.C. area Human Resources Consulting Practice for PwC and as a team leader at the Hay Group’s Compensation Consulting Practice in Philadelphia, Pa.

Reing earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from DeSales University. He obtained his senior professional human resources (SPHR) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management and his certified compensation professional (CCP) designation from WorldatWork.
