In another batch of supplier awards given out by Northrop Grumman, seven companies were named top suppliers for 2012.
GovCon Executive also wrote about supplier awards being given out by Boeing which focused on a companies ability to provide quality and affordability, delivery time, support requirements and flexibility to changing demands.
According to the article, Boeing’s supply chain helped the company deploy 601 airplanes in 2012 and deliver the first V-22 Osprey and P-8A Poseidon for the U.S. Navy.
In other award news, SRA International was selected by the Alliance for Workplace Excellence as one of 68 best places to work for the fifth consecutive year.
