Maximus has been recognized as a Certified Center of Excellency by BenchmarkPortal, a call center consulting services provider.
The government services company achieved the distinction for its call center operations that support the Vermont Health Connect and Green Mountain Care programs, Maximus said Thursday.
“We applaud the Vermont Health Connect and Green Mountain Care customer support center team for their ongoing dedication to meeting performance-based metrics,” said Bruce Caswell, president and general manager of health services at Maximus.
The company’s customer support service also made it to BenchmarkPortal’s list of 100 small call centers in North America based on metrics that compared thousands of providers on service-level standards, client satisfaction, employee training and other areas.
“Our contact center will also be supporting Vermont’s new Health Benefit Exchange, so this certification demonstrates our longstanding and continued commitment to helping Vermont residents understand their coverage options,” Caswell said.
