ARINC will present its information management software offerings at a nuclear industry forum intended for utility and agency leaders to discuss information technology and cybersecurity issues facing nuclear facilities.
The Nuclear Information Technology Strategic Leadership workshop in Detroit started Monday and wraps up Thursday, ARINC announced Monday.
Frank Koren, ARINC business development director, said the company intends for its software to comply with regulations under 10CFR 73.55/54 for nuclear security systems.
Forty nuclear plants in the U.S. and Canada use ARINC’s Advanced Information Management software for the Security Computers System.
