MTSI Donation Aims to Help Expand Natl Air Force Museum; Phil Soucy Comments

MTSIModern Technology Solutions Inc. has offered $10,000 to the Air Force Museum Foundation for the expansion of the National Museum of the United States Air Force.

A contract for the project is scheduled to be awarded later this year and construction could begin in 2014,

The museum will establish a fourth building to house exhibits on presidential aircraft, space, global reach and research and development, the.

“It is critically important that the past and current accomplishments of the U.S. Air Force be told to the public,” said Phil Soucy, MTSI co-founder and CEO.

“We are extremely pleased and proud to be able to support the National Museum of the United States Air Force,” Soucy added.

The museum aims to open the new facilities by 2015.

“We are extremely grateful to MTSI for supporting the expansion of this national treasure,” said retired Lt. Gen.  Richard Reynolds, chairman of the Air Force Museum Foundation’s board of managers.
