Robert Wah of CSC Elected American Medical Association President

CSC-logo - ExecutivemosaicRobert Wah, chief medical officer at Computer Sciences Corp., has been elected president of the American Medical Association and and will begin serving in that role June 2014.

Wah will serve as president of the association for one year and will continue to serve as CMO at CSC, CSC said Wednesday.

Andrea Fiumicelli, CSC vice president for the healthcare industry, said as AMA president, Wah’s term as AMA president coincides with efforts to implement the Accountable Care Act

Fiumicellli added that Wah will work to help CSC and its clients gain insights into healthcare trends and issues.
