Information Builders launched iWay 7 in June and intends for the platform to integrate data from multiple sources, examine data quality, let users manage data from a single platform and provide a view of the information to various audiences, the company said Aug. 21.
Gerald Cohen, president and CEO of Information Builders, said iWay 7 works to combine data management tools with the goal of helping organizations manage their information assets from a unified platform.
Users can access information needed for the decision making process and develop a data quality firewall with reporting and monitoring technologies, Information Builders says.
The iWay 7 platform consists of three suites, namely the iWay integration suite for connecting disparate systems and data, iWay data quality suite for verifying data quality and the master data suite for maintaining data controls.
