Oracle, GE Vet Michael Radovancevich Joins Centro as CTO

Michacel RadovancevichMichael Radovancevich, a former Oracle group vice president, has joined software and services provider Centro as chief technology officer.

In his new role, Radovancevich will lead the company’s growth and expansion plans for its digital media cloud-based platform and application programs, Centro announced Monday.

Radovancevich was previously CTO at Taleo when it was acquired for $1.9 billion in 2012 by Oracle, where he became group vice president of development.

Shawn Riegsecker, Centro CEO, said Radovancevich brings with him leadership experience in multiple software as a service platforms for a variety of users.

The 25-year software veteran has held senior engineering leadership positions at Genpact, Avolent, InfoSeek, 280, General Electric, Taligent and Apple.

According to the company, it will deploy a full suite of digital media applications to expand its market, noting that in 2012, more than 560 agencies used its managed services offering.

Radovancevich is an IEEE and ACM member and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and Stanford University.
