Cisco has partnered with an integrated communications services company to create a web-based infographic that will highlight Cisco’s intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities to further penetrate the Defense Department marketplace, PR Week reported Monday.
Virgil Dickson writes that Cisco enlisted Washington, DC-based Bluetext to create the web-based infographic that features Cisco’s ISR systems capabilities.
“We wanted to do something different from the traditional whitepaper when talking about what we can offer,” said Susan McMahon, Cisco marketing manager for the DoD.
“We wanted something to visually represent that,” she added.
Aside from social media campaigns, Cisco has also partnered with public relations firm, Qorvis, to promote the infographic.
To promote the graphic, Cisco has created talking points for its sales staff, promoted messaging on social media platforms and introduced ISR webcasts.
