Jacobs - ExecutiveMosaic

Jacobs Engineering Group has won a design award from the Northern Virginia Chapter of the American Institute of Architects for a U.S. Army facility the company designed.

The Award of Excellence in Institutional Architecture honors Jacob’s design of the 148,000-square foot mission training complex at Fort Bragg, N.C., Jacobs said Tuesday.

Fort Bragg holds a LEED Gold certification for the complex, which cost $28 million.

The complex has classrooms, outdoor tactical operations simulation areas and work cells with clerestory windows.
