Noblis to Help Air Force Acquire Intl Facility Services; Amr ElSawy, Jeffrey Marqusee Comment

noblis - ExecutiveMosaicNoblis has won a contract to help the U.S. Air Force ‘s Civil Engineering Center manage and deliver a range of services for the branch’s international facilities.

The nonprofit organization will provide independent systems engineering, acquisition support, advisory and assistance services to the AFCEC, Noblis said Friday.

“We are proud to have been selected by AFCEC and to continue our relationship with this important client,” Noblis CEO and President Amr ElSawy.

“Noblis has a history of supporting AFCEC in the areas of environmental remediation, sustainability, and development of performance based contracts,” said Dr. Jeffrey Marqusee, Noblis chief scientist for enterprise engineering and environment.

Marqusee is a former executive director of the Defense Department‘s environmental and energy technology programs.
