Pragmatics is giving 10 emergency leave days to employees affected by the government shutdown in an effort to offer them financial support, the Washington Business Journal reported Wednesday.
Jill R. Aitoro writes the additional time off is for 45 employees that are assigned to affected government agencies.
After10 days, the employees will also be able to use their existing or future paid vacation leave credits.
All Pragmatics employees are eligible for three days of paid time off due to emergencies.
