URS Corp. has won a position on two contracts worth up to $1.8 billion combined for business technology support and cyber network operations services to the U.S. Navy.

Each indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity award contains one base year and four option years and the company will compete for task orders to perform work for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic, URS said Monday.

The company is one of 15 awardees on a potential $899 million contract for business and force support services and one of 13 companies that will compete on another potential $899 million cyber network operations services program.

Randy Wotring, URS Federal Services, said the company will work to help SSC Atlantic run and protect data and infrastructure that are critical to tactical missions.

URS was also selected as a team partner for 10 small businesses multiple-award contracts and for two full-and-open contracts awarded by SSC Atlantic.

SSC Atlantic will use the contracts to acquire support services for installation, computing infrastructure, production, battlespace awareness and transportation.
