With the partnership, CHIDS at the Robert H. Smith School of Business will use CNSI’s ClaimSure solution for fraud, waste and abuse detection, CNSI announced Oct. 22.
The CNSI software is also designed for the assessment of health care claims’ risk through predictive probability analysis.
“CNSI is extremely proud to partner with the University of Maryland, my own alma mater, and their premier health information systems research center right here in our home state to further develop this cost effective IT solution,” said Adnan Ahmed, CNSI president and co-founder.
The software will also be used to quantify and improve the CNSI model for claims processing.
Further, CNSI and CHIDS will write a white paper and host a webinar for industry stakeholders and policymakers based on the results of the partnership.
