Cubic Corp. will demonstrate its new live, virtual and constructive training technologies at the 2013 Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference in Orlando, Fla. from Dec. 2 to 5.
The new technologies focused on mentorship and combat readiness were developed by the company’s advanced learning solutions business segment, Cubic announced Nov. 21.
According to Cubic, the new training courseware is designed to be game-based, feature an avatar-mentor and provide users a synthetic environment with on-the-job training.
“For some time now, we have been listening to our customers and assessing their evolving needs, and we are excited to unveil new solutions to the affordability and effectiveness challenges,” said Dave Schmitz, president of Cubic Defense Systems.
“We look forward to sharing these at I/ITSEC and hope to engage with you on the vision for the future of training,” he added.
Cubic will also demonstrate its simulated weapons and services that are intended for combat readiness and marksmanship proficiency training.
