Ethica Clinical Research Attains Alion Council Accreditation

AlionCanada-based organization ethica Clinical Research Inc. has completed an accreditation under the Human Research Protection Program, run by the Alion Council on Accreditation

The accreditation recognizes Canada-based clinical research institutions that pass certain standards on clinical study management, ethics and quality assurance, Alion Science aannounced Thursday.

Stephen Crawford, Alion HRPP Accreditation Services executive director, said ethica was given the certification for its policies and practices that met or exceeded industry standards in human research protection.

Ethica’s HRPP accreditation is also extended to the company’s subsidiaries, ethica CRO Inc., a contract research organization that provides services to clinical research programs worldwide.
