Informatica Introduces Access to ERP Data for Cloud; Juan Carlos Soto Comments

CloudInformatica has developed connectors to enterprise resource planning programs with an aim to support Salesforce.com platform adoption and to provide users back office access to ERP data.

The platform is designed to connect to data hosted on platforms such as SAP ECC, Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV and GP, Informatica said Monday.

Juan Carlos Soto, senior vice president and general manager at Informatica Cloud, said the company aims to simplify ERP integration into the cloud to help boost cloud-based application use in the enterprise market.

The cloud connectors are built to support hybrid information technology environments and help Salesforce developers manage output for customer service.

The connectors are accessible through the Informatica Marketplace.
