Salient Federal Solutions will host an open house in San Diego next week to demonstrate its talent operations center.
The Nov. 20 event will include interactive sessions on program risk reduction, rapid talent acquisition turnarounds, using next-generation technology to source people and other topics, Salient said Tuesday.
“We apply process, systems, technology and incentives to get the volume of candidates that permit us to be very selective, and we use every other means, including behavioral science, to substantiate our selectivity,” said Bill Parker, chief operating officer at Salient, who will be attending San Diego’s open house.
The company’s TOC team selects personnel from a pool of more than 450,000 candidates using proprietary selection and evaluation tools.
