Australian Nonprofit Opts for CSC Cloud; Ram Neupane Comments

CSC-logo - ExecutivemosaicComputer Sciences Corp. has won a cloud computing services contract with The Fred Hollows Foundation, a nonprofit international development organization based in Australia.

The contract covers work to provide FHF staff based worldwide with a unified communications technology platform, CSC announced Tuesday.

CSC will migrate applications and security, perform installation work and conduct other onboarding services for the company’s BizCloud Virtual Private Enterprise platform.

Ram Neupane, FHF business operations director, said the organization picked CSC for its experience as an end-to-end service provider and to help manage regional data centers and service desks.

The FHF also wants to protect private information in a CSC-hosted cloud.
