Dell and Texas-based Liberty Hill Independent School District have extended their partnership to deploy Dell hardware and software at a new high school intended to meet learning requirements of an increasing student population.
The company plans to help deploy the Optiplex 3010 for use in computer labs and the Latitude E5530 laptops with carts as classroom aids and to help students track their progress in school, Dell said Monday.
“Liberty Hill is growing rapidly, and we want to be sure our schools continue to support the learning needs of our students and teachers,” said Dr. Rob Hart, superintendent of Liberty Hill ISD.
Hart added Dell’s technology portfolio will help the district achieve its information technology goals of using the latest innovations in classrooms and in the schools.
Dell works to manage the school district’s computing systems through software offerings such as the KACE K1000 and K2000 equipment.
