Sal Fazzolari serves as senior vice president for strategic development at CRGT, where he leads the company’s client acquisition and revenue growth efforts.
A 30-year information technology professional, Fazzolari also oversees the company’s capture management activities, proposal operations and marketing functions.
CRGT credits Fazzolari with leading teams to win nearly $2 billion in federal contracts.
Our sister site ExecutiveBiz caught up with Fazzolari earlier this year on the heels of the company’s purchase of big data contractor Guident Technologies, an acquisition he played a role in helping carry out.
“A lot of my time right now is spent determining how best to drive organic growth from Guident’s legacy customer base, and also how to drive synergies with CRGT’s customer base,” he said in the interview.
He also overviewed the company culture at CRGT and how he works to stay ahead in the pursuit of contract wins.

Fazzolari has also led corporate business development at ICF International after holding a two-decade career at Northrop Grumman, where he led IT projects and directed business development.
Fazzolari holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Rutgers University.
