A food service distributor Australia has chosen to deploy a multi-platform mobile customer management tool developed by NCR Corp.
NCR Power Mobile is intended to help Queensland Frozen Food Services customer and sales representatives place orders through their tablets and smartphones, NCR announced Monday.
Tammy Weant, vice president of global enterprise, merchandising, and supply chain solutions for NCR Retail said Power Mobile is built to simplify ordering, better provide access to product information and serve as “a brand new venue for interacting with their customers.”
QFFS also aims to provide users with real time product data, events, promotions, new items and order tracking features.
NCR designed Power Mobile to run on iOS, Android or Windows 8 tablets and smartphones.
