Naren Bewtra: CCSi Aims to Help DHS Consolidate IT Programs Under EAGLE II

CyberStockCreative Computing Solutions Inc. has been awarded a position on a seven-year, $22 billion contract vehicle covering information technology program support services to the Department of Homeland Security.

The company will work to help DHS meet IT infrastructure and procurement reform goals as an unrestricted track awardee under Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II vehicle’s functional category two, CCSi said Thursday.

Dr. Naren Bewtra, president of CCSi, said the company will continue to help DHS acquire and consolidate IT programs through EAGLE II, which covers a five-year base period and a two-year option.

CCSi was one of 11 awardees the department selected for the unrestricted track of functional category two (click here to read a full list of contractors on GovCon Wire).

DHS aims to use the EAGLE II vehicle to manage programs and contracts, as well as language and policy in order to make room for emerging technologies.
