QinetiQ Team to Support International ‘Airworthiness’ Program; Alan Woolford Comments

120509-N-KQ416-056QinetiQ Australia has been awarded a two-year contract extension to provide the Australian Defence Force with aircraft technical support work, Australian Defence Magazine reported Dec. 20.

The company will continue providing aircraft structural integrity support under the Directorate General Technical Airworthiness program, the report said.

Alan Woolford, CEO at QinetiQ Australia, said in the report the company works to provide engineering services meant to meet ADF’s changing requirements and airworthiness capabilities.

QinetiQ will work through November 2016 and provide support for ADF bases and the Defence Science and Technology Organisation, Australian Defence Magazine reports.
