Red Hat named Autonomic Resources as its partner of the year award in the small/medium system integrator category during the Red Hat North America Partner Conference in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Autonomic won the award for its SI public sector capabilities, highlighting its platform-as-a-service ARCWRX, solution, the company announced Wednesday.
The ARCWRX was based on Red Hat’s OpenShift Enterprise and offers security and elasticity for government agencies. It allows users to run, develop, manage and scale applications in the ARC-P cloud, which is accredited by FedRAMP and the Department of Defense.
“Red Hat has been an extremely valuable partner, in its truest sense, to Autonomic Resources in developing the ARC-P™ cloud platforms for the US Government. By utilizing Red Hat technologies Autonomic has been able to rapidly build, accredit, and deploy much sought after cloud services for our mutual civilian and DoD customers,” said John Keese, Autonomic Resources president and chief executive officer.
The Red Hat North America Partner Conference ran from Jan. 13 to Jan. 15.
