BenchmarkPortal Picks 4 MAXIMUS Call Hubs as ‘Centers of Excellence’

Maximus - ExecutiveMosaicFour customer contact centers run by MAXIMUS in Georgia, Texas and Massachusetts have been recognized as Certified Centers of Excellence by BenchmarkPortal.

BenchmarkPortal used best practice metrics to choose the recipients of Center of Excellence among thousands of contact centers, MAXIMUS announced Thursday.

The contact centers work with the Texas Eligibility Support Services, Texas Enrollment Broker, Georgia Families, Georgia Childcare and Parent Services and MassHealth Health Benefits agencies

This is the fifth consecutive year that the Texas center has been recognized and the fourth time for the MassHealth center, MAXIMUS said.

The Georgia Families customer contact center has received recognition in each of the previous four years and the Georgia Childcare and Parenting Services operation has received recognition in each of the past three years.
