Six of MAXIMUS‘ customer contact centers in the U.S. have been recognized by BenchmarkPortal as “Certified Centers of Excellence.”
MAXIMUS said Tuesday its call centers received the distinction based on criteria such as employee training, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
“We are committed to delivering high-quality services to our government clients and the citizens we serve,” said Bruce Caswell, president of MAXIMUS.
The facilities support the Georgia Health Services for Families, Georgia Child Care and Parent Services, Illinois Modification and Employer Services, Indiana Enrollment Broker Services, Michigan Enrollment Broker Services and Vermont Green Mountain Care Member Services programs.
This is the first time that the Illinois center has been certified, while the centers in Indiana, Michigan and Vermont have earned recognition for three consecutive years.
The GACAPS and Georgia Health Services contact centers have respectively attained certification for four and five consecutive years.
