Joseph Seppi, national security practice director at Woolpert, will serve a two-year term as a member of the board of directors at MAPPS, the national association of geographic information systems, surveying and spatial data providers.
“Joe Seppi will bring extensive market and management experience, and an important perspective, to the MAPPS Board,” John Palatiello, executive director of MAPPS, said Tuesday.
“His knowledge of GEOINT practice and national security agencies will make him a valued board member.”
Seppi, who has worked at Woolpert for seven years, was elected to the board during a formal ceremony Tuesday as part of the MAPPS 2015 Summer Conference, the company said.
