Senior Air Force Leader Tim Rudolph Named Evolver VP, Cybersecurity Tech Lead

Tim Rudolph, senior technical adviser on integrated information capabilities at the U.S. Air Force, is set to join information technology company Evolver as vice president and cybersecurity technology lead.

Evolver said March 8 that Rudolph will lead the company’s Boston office, oversee security concepts for the internet of things and provide strategic direction and integration across various cyber offerings in his new role.

The Senior Executive Service member concurrently serves as chief technology officer of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center.

His experience spans nearly 30 years and includes the development of multiple standards such as the Posix security standard, IEEE High Level Architecture and the National Institute of Science and Technology‘s risk management framework.

Rudolph previously served as director of integration at the Air Force and managed integration activities across the military branch’s electronic systems center directorates.

Reston, Virginia-based Evolver provides cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, application, legal and end-user support services to the commercial, government and legal sectors.
